The item I want is out of stock, what now?
While we try to keep all core items readily available, some seasonal releases (i.e Fashion Jerseys) or collaboration items (i.e Glasses and Shoes) are released in limited numbers. If a garment is sold out, it is unlikely to become available again, though please email email@example.com if you’d like to gain clarification as to whether a specific style is due to be restocked.
Do you place items on back order?
Unfortunately, due to system limitations, we’re not able to place items on backorder to be shipped at a later date.
If you’ve placed an order for a product which has sold out, our Customer Service team will contact you directly as soon as possible to ensure an alternative garment can be arranged or your order refund.
The item I want is Coming Soon, what does this mean?
From time to time, we may release new colourways and/or styles on the Cyclisting.com site for viewing before they are available for purchase. If an item is marked as ‘Coming Soon’, it will be available to purchase in the coming weeks. Be sure to keep an eye on our social media channels and newsletters to receive the latest updates on when these garments become available in your region.
